Ross and Carina first met on a friends trip to the Outer Banks, NC. After the trip Carina happened to move to Jersey City where Ross had been living. They exchanged phone numbers and realized they both loved to rock climb. They spent many trips doing what they love and after about a month they decided to go to dinner one night. The rest is history!
Their first date was at a beautiful restaurant called Batillo. Both of them kind of went out with the intention of just a fun and friendly time together until they realized they had feelings for one another.
Their favorite little fur baby named Daisy takes up much of their love and time. They love taking Daisy over to Hamilton Park for long walks and just enjoying sitting on the park bench cuddling. On this particular day, Ross decided to take Carina to their favorite bench and that is where he asked Carina to spend the rest of her life with him and Daisy of course! Talk about a total surprise proposal!
When I first discussed their engagement session, they immediately knew it had to be in Jersey City, enjoying their favorite places to be. We started off at Chickies which is this adorable restaurant and bar. We then found multiple locations to enjoy just walking and roaming around Jersey City. We of course had to go back to where the proposal happened. We had perfect weather and they were all smiles and made it so easy for me to capture their love!
We cannot wait to celebrate Ross and Carina this coming October!
