The day started out at the beautiful Apawamis Club located in Rye, New York with Brittany and her sisters, sister in law and mom were busy getting their hair and makeup done. It was a warm 75 degrees so in November this is a special treat here on the East Coast!

Brittany’s mom is a hairdresser and always wanted to have the fun of doing her daughter’s hair on her wedding day. She also spent the time making sure that the twins had their hair done by her as well. When it came time to have Tami’s hair done, the twins pitched in to help with Tami’s hair.

Nik was busy enjoying some down time up in the suite with his groomsmen and the dads also joined them. Nik and Brittany chose to have their first look at the club even though they chose to have a church ceremony.

It was so sweet and I love that Brittany actually did a little wave when Nik turned around! We then decided to do some fun bridal party portraits prior to leaving for the church and we did a few portraits for Nik and Brittany as well. Then it was off to the church!

The Apawamis Club is a gorgeous golf and country club nestled in the mountainside of Rye, New York. I loved the beautiful architecture the most and of course, enjoyed the whole vibe of the club. It was perfect in every way!

One of the prettiest ideas that Brittany had to decorate the venue was to fill up beautiful vases with pretty white roses. It lined their sweetheart table beautifully! The choice of the colors of the bridal party was gorgeous! Emerald green dresses, blue suits and the most beautiful pops of burgandy and greens complimented the girls bouquets!

The cocktail hour was spent outside on the veranda. It was that beautiful and warm! The night was filled with beautiful speeches and the dancing went on until the end!
