HOW THEY MET
Vince and Adriana went to high school together but did not know each other despite having lots of mutual friends! They met on Thanksgiving Eve at a bar, but just had a brief conversation and didn’t even exchange phone numbers. About a month later, Vince got her number from a mutual friend and asked Adriana out on a date. They went out the following week and have been together ever since!
THEIR FIRST DATE
Their first date was on New Year’s Day 2016 at 14 and Hudson in Piermont, NY. They both ordered so much food that night that they look back and still laugh about it! They were both so nervous they barely ate a thing. Today they would tell you, one of their favorite things to do together is go to new restaurants and try new foods. They also love spending lots of time with their sweet dog Enzo outdoors. And did I mention how much they love dessert! But who doesn’t!
THE PROPOSAL
It was October 2022 when Vince and Adriana decided to take a trip to Manchester, Vermont. They had been there the year before and completely fell in love with this sweet town! This trip they took their ten closest friends and rented the most beautiful Air BnB right in the center of Manchester. One of their friends, Alaina, who is a photographer asked Vince and Adriana to do a photoshoot for her to capture the foliage. Of course they agreed and thought how fun it would be to have some beautiful pictures. Upon waking that morning, they made breakfast. They were expected to be downtown by 9 but were running late. When they finally arrived to meet Alaina, she had chosen the perfect location for the shoot. While posing them, she asked them to try a new pose. She had Adriana turn her back to Vince and he was supposed to creep up behind her and surprise her. She waited for the cue to make the move but it was taking a bit longer than she thought it should. When Alaina told Adriana to turn to Vince, to her shock there was Vince down on one knee holding open a beautiful ring box! She really does not remember much else but she did say yes! Then all of their friends appeared with champagne and they celebrated together!
When I asked them what their engagement session vision was, they wanted a beautiful quaint spot with beautiful flowers and where we could take some fun pics with their sweet boy Enzo!
