A BETHLEHEM ENGAGEMENT SESSION
One of Kristen and Pete’s mutual friend thought that they would be a good match seeing they are both tall. He reached out to Kristen and they started talking. Their first date was Pete’s actual birthday where they went to dinner together. After dinner, Pete asked if Kristen would like to meet some of his friends who were at a brewery just down the street. Kristen thought that it was a bit overwhelming to meet friends on a first date but she figured why not!!
Kristen and Pete enjoy quiet nights at home, enjoy traveling, taking their dog Lily on new adventures and walks. Lily is just the sweetest 11 year old Yorkie ever! Pete grew up on the ski slopes and was an instructor so they have been enjoying those times on the slopes together as Pete is teaching Kristen how to ski!
Kristen was at the beach with her mom and sister when she walked in the door, Pete had all the little morning love notes he had written to Kristen over the years laid out in an arrow pointing to the backyard. He also had flowers laid out on the floor leading Kristen to the backyard. Once she arrived, there were more flowers leading her to where he was standing waiting for her and he had their song playing (Can’t Help Falling in Love with You) as he proposed to Kristen. He also had Lily involved in the proposal and got her a charm that said “Will you Marry Dad”? There is a sweet image below showing off Lily’s beautiful charm.
The happy couple are planning a beautiful September wedding in 2021 and I am just so excited to be a part of their beautiful wedding experience!
