HOW THEY MET
Justine and Mike met back in September 2013 through an on line dating company. They actually had their first date in Montclair NJ where they went to the movies to see “Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs Two”. They absolutely hit it off immediately and started dating seriously soon after.
They love traveling, riding bikes to the park with a big picnic basket and love outdoor dinners. Their favorite thing is sharing donuts at Montclair Bread Company where I hear they have the very best donuts in the world!
FALLING IN LOVE WITH THE RYLAND INN
When it came time for the planning of their wedding, they wanted a place that felt intimate and very romantic but at the same time classic . When they found the Ryland Inn in White House Station NJ, they fell in love with it at first sight! They both love to dance so they knew a band was totally the way they would go and they chose Hank Lane Music who are just amazing!!
HER WEDDING DRESS
Justine was looking for something that was simple and elegant so when she went to Bridal Atelier Montclair she fell in love with the first one she tried on! It was very simple which is what Justine wanted and the fit was incredible. She also had a beautiful lace jacket for the ceremony that she could easily remove when she went to the reception. It was divine! Justine’s beautiful wedding rings were from Lauren B Jewelry.
HER WEDDING SHOES
Seeing Justine is such a big dancer and knew she would not sit down at all, she needed a comfortable shoe but at the same time she wanted to add some lace and a very feminine flair to her outfit. She found the most beautiful pair of lace shoes created by Bella Belle with a small heel that stayed on her feet all night long!
PRETTY BURGUNDY DRESSES FOR THE BRIDESMAIDS
Their wedding was mid November so Justine wanted to pick out a pretty color that would just pop and her choice was perfect! Burgundy was the best color and mixed with their colorful florals designed by Viburnum Designsit was the perfect combination.
THE GROOM WORE NAVY
Mike is not a tuxedo kind of guy so he decided to go with a beautiful classic blue suit which he wore with a sharp burgundy tie and it was so perfect with the girls burgundy dresses. His suit was from the Mens Warehouse.
THE WEDDING DAY
Justine and Mike chose to do a first look outside of the Ryland Inn. It was a very cold day so we actually moved things along pretty quickly! It was a sweet moment just the two of them. Afterwards, it was time for some family portraits, bridal portraits and then some romantic moments captured before the ceremony.
The plan was to have the ceremony outside with some fires roaring and marshmallows roasting but the high winds were just too hard to control so they moved the ceremony inside. It was very beautiful and they had a wonderful and beautiful service.
Afterwards, they were off to the party and it was fabulous! The band started the party off immediately and the mood was set! After introductions, they had some very special speeches and then the rest of the night was just dancing and having a blast! It was truly a happy and fun celebration! Congratulations Mike and Justine!
