HOW THEY MET
Christina and Rob first met during their senior year at college where they both were attending a dinner with a group of friends. Rob and Christina ended up sitting across from one another during dinner and that is where they got to know one another. Christina did not give much thought to their meeting but little did she know that Rob was very interested!
THEIR FIRST FUN DATE
Their first date was at a local coffee shop. They sat outside in the back of the shop and talked for hours, and at that point they knew that something special was happening. Their first date was actually a year after they met a year earlier, shortly after meeting. Rob asked Christina out for the first time and actually she answered no! They continued getting to know one another and became better friends even after Christina moved away. He did ask her once again a year later and thankfully she said yes! She will tell you that it was the best decision she has ever made!
Christina and Rob love to enjoy the outdoors together taking long hikes, walks and bike rides. They love cooking together and enjoying new recipes. Of course coffee shops always hold a special place in their hearts.
HOW ROB PROPOSED TO CHRISTINA
Rob proposed on the day after Thanksgiving. They had planned to go for a walk at a park that morning and then went out to brunch afterwards. The morning of, Rob was acting very strangely and was so nervous and flustered! Christina figured he was just tired since it was early and didn’t think too much of it. When they got to the park and were the only ones there, which turned out to be perfect, Rob then led Christina to a very secluded location.
He began to talk and after a few seconds, Christina realized what was happening and couldn’t help crying! Rob knelt down on one knee and asked her to marry him, and it was the easiest yes she had ever spoken! Once he got up, she realized that her sister had been hiding in a bush and captured photos of this perfect moment that they will never forget!
Congratulations Christina and Rob! We cannot wait to celebrate with you both in May 2022!
