I just truly love capturing weddings of multiple siblings in families. Back in June, Jeff and I had the honor of photographing Jessica and Stefano’s beautiful Ryland Inn Wedding. Check out their sweet wedding day after you enjoy this beautiful wedding of Kristen and Sal’s Wedding.

Sal and Stefano are brothers and each acted as each others best man. Talk about a family that welcomes you as family in about 5 minutes of meeting them all! I am a Staten Island girl and my couples are both from Staten Island so that adds a bit of a fun commonality that we share!

Jeff and I arrived at the beautiful Rockleigh Country Club in the morning to start our time getting to know our bridal party and looking around for places to photograph details and enjoying the whole atmosphere surrounding us. When I entered the bridal suite, I was totally breathless upon seeing Kristen’s bridal gown, A beautiful dress from the designer Justin Alexander. Kristen had the vision of a ballroom gown to fit the feel of the wedding day. She also surprised all of her bridesmaids with the fact that she wore a beautiful tiara!

Kristen wanted a beautiful garden setting for her first look with Sal and i have to say that Sal’s face could tell a story upon seeing his beautiful bride. After that we did have so much fun finding some fun locations for our bridal party portraits.

When Kristen’s dad arrived I knew that their first look would be filled with so much emotion and tears of joy. It was so so sweet. Every time a daughter and dad meet on their first look it is just a wonder and filled with so much happy!!

Our portrait times were filled with so many giggles and fun and by the way, it was Sal who would share so many giggles with Kristen. He is so funny and it comes across in every photo I capture of this young man. Kristen also gave us all a surprise by playing the piano!

The ceremony was nestled in the garden on the property and the weather could not be more beautiful. We were truly blessed. One of Sal’s best men, Glenn officiated the ceremony and he was filled with stories and so much wit! He also made the beautiful scroll he used to right down their vows. It was so pretty!!

After the ceremony, it was a time of everyone just catching up with one another, friends and family alike. Sal and Kristen spent months learning the most beautiful ball room dance and had everyone in awe! It was perfectly carried out. The dancing continued long into the night! The wedding cake was so perfect and Sal’s dad made the cake. It was quite special!
