This was my first time to photograph a wedding at the beautiful Shadowbrook Wedding Venue. It was everything I could imagine for a perfect wedding celebration!

Allie and Dre both saw the Shadowbrook and immediately fell in love with it! They knew between her very large Italian family and Dre’s very large Greek Family, they needed a big enough space and the elegance that matched.

The day started in the beautiful bridal suite which the Shadowbrook is quite known for. It has the prettiest light and modern booths for the bridal prep for all the girls to enjoy. I loved all the wonderful displays of some of the best desserts and breakfast I have ever seen.

Allie chose a beautiful wedding gown created by Pnina Tornai which was just the perfect fit for her style. Accompanied by some beautiful Bella Belle shoes (happens to be my favorite company). I loved the sweet bows that made the shoe so feminine.

Her floral colors were just perfect with all of the pretty soft blush tones. Our floral designer made everything so beautiful and soft and really brought Allie’s vision to life. A big shout out to Dahlia’s Florals and Events.

From here, we headed to a beautiful Greek church and I was so impressed with how beautiful the ceremony was. So many lovely traditions. I love when the bride and groom where the gold crowns which are attached by beautiful ribbon.

Our portrait sessions were filled with so much fun and laughter and did I mention that Dre is such a funny guy? He always brings out the very best smiles in Allie!

The reception went on to incorporate so many fun Greek traditions. The wedding cake was made by Allie’s family bakery business and it was perfection! My favorite Greek tradition was when all the gentlemen come onto the dance floor and through lots of dollar bills during the dancing. The speeches were so heartfelt and full of the best stories.
