I have had a special place in my heart for Kalene since she was born. Her mom, Lori and I go back to when we were 18 years old and became instant friends. We have raised our children together and enjoyed watching our children become friends and grow into some pretty special adults!

When Kalene got engaged I was so honored to be asked to photograph her wedding but also be a very special guest . I have to be honest, I think being just the guest may have been difficult for me seeing I knew that I would want to be the one to capture all of it! Hehe, I got my wish!

The planning and preparations for Kalene and Matt’s wedding were so perfectly orchestrated by Kalene and her mom (I did have some input! LOL). Can we just talk about the beautiful details and florals for a moment. TRFloral Design is by far my most valued designer and friend. I was so happy that Tracey also joined our very happy little family to make this wedding magical! The invitation suite was so beautiful and I love the color palette which matched perfectly with Kalene’s color palette!

Kalene is blessed to have a twin brother, Craig! He has been there from the beginning!!! They look after each other in such a special way. Twins are something else! I loved when Kalene asked Craig to be her very special “Man of Honor”.

Craig, Lori and I got to go dress shopping with Kalene to pick out that perfect wedding gown. After many many try ons, she found the perfect beauty! It was made for her. Her designer, Eve of Milady pays so much attention to detail which I just love. The lace was just beautiful! She complimented her beautiful dress with a pair of Badgley Mischka gold shoes.

We all started out day at Lori’s beach house in Ocean Grove, NJ which is so quaint and lots of blue to match perfectly as well! We arrived at the Mill so Kalene could get into her gown in their beautiful bridal suite. Her first look with her dad for sure brought tears to all of us! At the Mill they have the sweetest dock that Kalene and Matt chose to do their first look on.

The ceremony was ideal where they became man and wife surrounded by their closest family and friends under a beautiful archway. Did I mention that on their wedding day the temperature was a beautiful 82 degrees with no humidity! Such a blessing!

The night was filled with the best music provided by the one and only Craig Scott Entertainment and the dance floor never stopped hopping! Following the reception , everyone kept the party going at the fun Tap Room in Spring Lake, NJ.

Congratulations Kalene and Matt! Hope you are loving every moment in Greece! We love you guys!
