Dominique and Kevin met six years ago on a snowy ski trip in Scranton, PA. Both of their best friends invited them on the trip. They somehow ended up on the ski lift totally alone, funny how that happened!!!

These past six years have been filled with spending time enjoying each other and they always loved being at the beach or near the water. Kevin planned a beautiful surprise engagement at a new restaurant right on the water in their favorite city, Hoboken. Dominique was totally surprised when he dropped to one knee and asked her to be his wife! Kevin even arranged for a drone to be present during the engagement!! Now that is so romantic for sure!!

When it came time to start the planning of their wedding day, they both knew exactly what type of style they were looking for. A mix of rustic charm and lots of romantic details was what they were looking to find in a venue. They happened upon Bear Brook Valley located in Fredon Township, New Jersey when it was actually under construction. The plans held everything that they had hoped for. Bear Brook did not disappoint in any way!!! It was magical.

The day started out with Dominique and her very best friends getting ready at a friend's lovely home located in Mountainside, New Jersey. Dominique's gorgeous wedding dress was by martiana liana and the lace detail was just spectacular! The amazing mymakeupartistvictoria did such a beautiful job on each of the girls! The two little flower girls delighted in their important role in the wedding! I had the best time while they just posed away! I loved every minute of it! Kevin was not far off at the home that he grew up in just about 2 miles away and was joined by his many handsome groomsmen.

Soon it was time to head to St. Vincent Martyr located in Madison, New Jersey where they would exchange their vows and become man and wife! The most beautiful light filtered through the skylights as the ceremony commenced. It was filled with delight and happiness!

From there, we all travelled to Bear Brook Valley and by the time we arrived the weather was perfect. We did have a bit of rain in the morning, but clear skies arrived just in time for the portraits and bridal party fun!!

There are so many different scenarios when it came time to doing their portraits. On one side, it is well manicured with a beautiful lake and pergola and on the other side of the property there is beautiful tall grasses and a lovely wooden bridge. I just love everything about this venue!!!

The whole day was a dream come true and the dancing did not stop all night. The wonderful band, Paris New York were amazing and kept the crowd dancing the whole night long!

It was such a fun filled and romantic wedding!

The happy couple will be spending their honeymoon in Hawaii. Congratulations Dominique and Kevin.
