Katie + Steve's Hoboken Engagement (New Jersey Engagement Photographer)

Katie and Steve have been best friends since the fourth grade.  They grew up literally blocks from each other and spent their childhood playing on the little league fields in their local town.  They remained best friends through the years and stayed close even when they left for college.

After they finished college Steve and Katie had many people they had dated but at this particular time he was single and thinking that he would like to ask Katie out on a date. He also did not want this to ruin the friendship that he cherished, but at the same time those feelings were very real to him. Katie was living in Hoboken, New Jersey at this time when Steve asked her out for Valentine's Day. Katie said yes, but at the same time, was so nervous and excited at the same time and also valued their friendship and wanted nothing to change that. 

All it took was one date! Katie tells people that she has had butterflies ever since. Their families had always said that they should date, but who listens to family right? Especially their mothers. Their choice for their engagement session was so easy seeing it was the place it all happened!

They now own a beautiful home together and they are looking forward to being married this July, 2016 at the beautiful Park Savoy in Florham Park NJ.

Meanwhile, their moms are over the moon!!!!!!
